1. 1. Short title and saving.

Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called the Madras High Court (Jurisdictional Limits) Extension Act, 1985. (2) Nothing in this Act shall affect any suit or other legal proceeding pending in any court at the date of the commencement of this Act.
