Amendment of section 91, Central Act, IV of 1912.

In sub-section (1) of section 91 of the said Act, after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :-

"(cc) to prescribe tho conditiolts subject to which luuatics may be discharged temporarily under section 33-A."
