Statutory text
- (1) The Coimbatore Municipal Council (Appointment of Special Officer) Ordinance, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance No. 4 of 1975), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 30th day of June 1975.
