Removal of doubts

For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that members of the authorities of the Anna University, Chennai and Anna University, Tiruchirappalli elected or nominated or otherwise as such members under the Anna University, Chennai Act, 1978 or under Anna University Tiruchirappalli Act, 2006 from the colleges or institutions deemed to have been affiliated to the Anna University, Tirunelveli under sub-section

1. (5) of section 53 of this Act and holding office as such members in any of the authorities of the Anna University, Chennai or Anna University, Tiruchirappalli immediately before the date of commencement of this Act shall continue to be such members till the term of office expires.
