Chapter III OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY

10. (1) The Minister administering the subject of technical education in the State of Tamil Nadu for the time being shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University.
- (2) In the absence of the Chancellor, or during the Chancellor's inability to act, the Pro-Chancellor shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of the Chancellor.
