Power to make rules

(1) The Government may make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (i) the diseases, if any, which should be treated as silkworm diseases, in addition to those specified in section 2, clause (I) ; (ii) the particulars of the information to be furnished under section 3 and the form in which it should be furnished ; (iii) the measures which may be taken under section 5 for eradicating silkworm diseases ; (iv) the form in which appeals may be preferred under section 6.
