Statutory text
(1) The enactments specified in the Second Schedule are hereby amended to the extent and in the manner mentioned in the fourth column thereof. (2) The amendment to the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947 (Tamil Nadu Act XXXVI of 1947), specified in the Second Schedule shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1951.
