Meetings of District Committee

(1) The District Committee shall meet at least once in every six months at such time and in such place as may be prescribed. (2) The chairperson or in his absence, any member chosen by the members present, shall preside at the meeting. (3) The number of members necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting and the procedure to be followed thereat shall be such as may be prescribed.
