THE TAMIL NADU PAYMENT OF SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE ACT, 1981 (ACT No. 43 OF 1981) (Received the assent of the President on the 21st July, 1981)

An Act to provide for the payment of subsistence allowance to employees during the period of suspension.

BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Thirtysecond Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
