Board to Act as Guarantor

The Board may subject to the approval of the Government of India or of the State Government Act as a guarantor for the Non-Resident Tamils (abroad) proceeding on employment, on accepting security deposit from such Non-Resident Tamils, on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
