Statutory text
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "District Municipalities Act" means the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 ; (b) words and expressions used and not defined in this Act but defined in the District Municipalities Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
