Previous sanction not necessary for inquiry.

No sanction or approval of any authority shall be required by the Lokayukta for the purpose of making preliminary inquiry or detailed inquiry by the Inquiry Wing or Vigilance Commission or any agency of the Government on any complaint filed before it against any public servant.
