Blocks

(1) Every wet zone, every intermediary zone or every irrigated dry zone may consist of Block A, B, C or D as classified below, namely :-(a) Block A shall consist of contiguous lands of wet taram 1, 2, 3 or 4; (b) Block B shall consist of contiguous lands of wet taram 5; (c) Block C shall consist of contiguous lands of wet taram 6; (2) Dry lands shall be classified according to their corresponding wet taram rates.
