Statutory text
(1) The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Special Provisions) Ordinance, 1996 is, hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Special Provisions) Ordinance, 1996 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
