Statutory text
- (1) In every industrial premises where employees are working or passing, there shall be provided and maintained sufficient and suitable lighting, natural or artificial or both.
- (2) In every industrial premises, all glazed windows and sky-lights used for the lighting of any work room shall be kept clean on both the inner and outer surface.
