Expressions used in rules by-laws and orders to have same meaning as in Act under which they are made or issued

Where an Act, to which this Chapter applies, confers power to make rules or by-laws or to issue notifications or orders, expressions used in such rules, by-laws, notifications or orders, have the same respective meanings as in the Act conferring the power.
