No 1 Central Act passed before the commencement of the Constitution shall affect, or shall be deemed to have at any time contained anything which would affect the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882.

Central Acts not to affect the 2(Tamil Nadu) Forest Act

Consistent with certain 1 Central Acts, and it is expedient to remove those doubts it is hereby enacted as follows:-

Short title 1. " The Madras Forest (Validation) Act, 1882" was given by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1901 (Central Act XI of 1901)

The words "Central Legislature were substituted for the word" "Governor General in Council" by the Adaptation Order of 1937 and the words "C Act" were substituted for "Act of the Central Legislature" by the Order of 1950. 3. The words "Central Legislature" were substituted for the words "Governor General in Council" by the Adaptation Order of 1937 and the words "Central Acts" were substituted for “Acts of the Central Legislature" by the Adaptation Order of 1950. 4. The words "Central Legislature" were substituted for the words "Governor General in Council" by the Adaptation Order of 1937 and the words "Central Act" passed before the commencement of the Constitution were substituted for “enactment of the Central Legislature" by the Adaptation Order of 1950.
