High Court to direct restoration in certain cases.

Where any cultivating tenant has been evicted in execution of an order for eviction passed under sub-section (4) of section 3, and where such order for eviction is set aside in revision by the High Court, the High Court shall direct restoration to such cultivating tenant of the possession of lands from which he was evicted with all the rights and subject to all the liabilities of a cultivating tenant. The High Court may also impose such condition as may be imposed by the Revenue Divisional Officer under clause (ii) of sub-section (4) of section 4 and the Explanation thereto.
