Power to remove difficulties

If any difficulty arises in giving effect in the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything which appeals to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. A copy of every order passed under this section shall be laid before each House of the Legislature.
