Registrar

(1) The Registrar shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) The Registrar shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
