Right of entry

Any officer appointed under section 19 may enter on any land or water within the notified area entry, and take such action as may be necessary in order to ascertain — (a) whether any insect pest, plant disease or noxious weed is there present ; and (b) whether the prescribed remedial or preventive measures or both, as the case may require, have been taken.
