Short title, extent and conunenc.u.e,«.

(1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Court Fees (Exemption and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1983. (2) It extends to the whole of Sikkim. (3) This Act shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
