Authorities of the University

The following shall be the authorities of the University:

1. (a) the Governing Body;
2. (b) the Board of Management;
3. (c) the Academic Council;
4. (d) the Finance Committee;
5. (e) the Planning Board; and
6. (f) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
