Chapter 4 AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY

Statutory text

The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely: -

  1. (i) the Governing Body;
  2. (ii) the Board of Management;
  3. (iii) the Academic Council;
  4. (iv) the Finance Committee;
  5. (v) the Examination Committee;
  6. (vi) Faculties; andsuch other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
