Registration of Companies (Amendment) Act, Sikkim, 2008

This Act amends the Registration of Companies Act in Sikkim to update how company registration fees are determined. It changes a specific clause in the original law so that fees are no longer fixed at a specific existing prescribed rate. Instead, the government is now authorized to set or change these rates through future official notifications. This change allows for more flexibility in fee structures without requiring a new law each time the government needs to adjust costs. The law applies to the entire state of Sikkim and takes effect immediately.
