Validation of acts done or payments realised before the commencement of this Act

Statutory text
All things done, actions taken or payments realised from a contractor for any damage in respect of a public work entrusted to that contractor before the commencement of this Act shall be, and shall always be deemed to be legal and valid notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act.
