Validation of Acts and Saving

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other laws or rules or orders for the time being in force and any action taken in pursuant to such laws or rules or order in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the same shall be deemed to have been validly made or done under this Act as if this Act was in force at all the material time when such actions or orders were taken or made.
