Power to remove difficulties.

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in consequence of, or in connection with any provision of a Central Act or of any law in force in the State, the Government of India, the State Government may, by order, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
