  10. 10. All appointments, renewal of tenure, superannuation and termination of the Officers shall be in such manner as may be prescribed by the Rules to be made under the Statutes of this Act.

  22. 22. The constitution, powers and functions of other authorities of the University shall be such as may be specified by the Statutes, Ordinances, Rules or Regulations, made under this Act.

  24. 24. No act or proceedings of any authority or body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof.
