Provided that such other functions or duties shall not be falling within the meaning of office of profit.

Power to delegate

1. (1) The Lokayukta may, by general or special order in writing direct that any powers or duties of administrative nature conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act (except the power to make reports under section 12) may also be exercised or discharged by such of the officers, employees or agencies referred to in section 14, as may be specified in the order.
