(1) The Unii,ersity Lierng sponsored by a Tiust 'ruholly composed of members Irom. a minority religion is recogntzed as a Minority Education lnstitution as per Article 30 (1)of the Constitution of lndia, (2) All Government powers regarding the University shall be as per laws pertaining to Minority Education lnstitutions'
