Training, functions and duties.

(1) The Commandant-General may, at any time, call out a Home Guard for training or to discharge within the State any of the functions or duties as may be assigned in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder. (2) The Commandant of the district may, with the approval of the Commandant-General, at any time call out a Home Guard for training or to discharge any such functions or duties within the district for which the Home Guards have been set up.
