Power to make rules

(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :- (a) the measures for evaluation of fiscal indicators of the Government under clause (f) of section 2; (b) the form of Medium Term Fiscal Plan under sub-section (6) of section 3; (c) the form of statement for disclosure under sub-section (2) of section 6; (d) the form of review report under sub-section (2) of Section 7; (e) Any other matter which is required to be prescribed not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
