Power to order persons engaged in certain employment to remain in specified areas.

Offence to be cognizable and non-bailable Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) , any Police Officer may arrest without warrant any person who is reasonably suspected of having committed any offence under this Act.
