Prohibition against re-sale of tickets

(I) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force a ticket for admission to an entertainment shall not be resold for profit by the purchaser thereof. (2) Whosoever re-sells any ticke t for admission to an entertainment fo r profit shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding rupees two hundred.
