Cognizance and trial of offences

1. No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted except by official/officials authorised in this behalf by general or special order issued by the State Government in this behalf. 2. All offences under this Act made there under shall be triable in the Court of Judicial Magistrate upon a complaint instituted as per the provision of sub-section(1).
