Provided that no such bye-law shall be so confirmed until it has been previously published by the promoter in such manner as may be prescribed.

Returns A promoter shall, in respect of the aerial ropeway, submit to the State Government returns of capital and revenue expenditure, receipts and traffic, at such intervals, and in such form, as may be prescribed.
