Right of owner or occupier to obtain sewer connection

The owner or occupier of any premises shall be entitled to empty sewage of the premises into a sewer of the Corporation, provided that before so, he-

1. (a) obtained written permission of the Corporation and pays connection fee and other charges in accordance with the bye-laws; and
2. (b) complies with such other conditions as may be provided by the bye-laws.
