Levy of late fee

Levy of late fee.- Any registered dealer who fails to furnish the details of sale, purchase or returns required under section 17 and section 18 by the due date shall pay such late fee not exceeding fifty thousand rupees, for delayed furnishing of returns, as may be prescribed.
