1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2021.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Insertion of new section 27-A, Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2010.
Statutory text
After the existing section 27 and before the existing section 28 of the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010), the following new section shall be inserted, namely:-
"27-A. Offences to be cognizable.- All the offences punishable under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable:
Provided that the offences punishable under sub-section (3) and sub-section (4) of section 13 of this Act shall be cognizable and non-bailable.".
