Dissolution of the University by the Sponsor Body

(1) The Sponsor Body may, by giving at least three months notice to the State Government in writing, dissolve the University: Provided that on the dissolution of the University, all the assets and liabilities of the University shall vest in the Sponsor Body: Provided further that all the liabilities of the University shall be cleared by the Sponsor Body.
