Power to transfer

Any officer or employee of the Authority may, in accordance with the rules made under section 95, be transferred by the State Government to the Rajasthan Housing Board or any Urban Improvement Trust or any Municipality on post carrying pay scale not lower than the pay scale of the officer or employee to be transferred: Provided that lien of the officer or employee so transferred shall remain in the Authority and he shall be considered for further promotion whenever a consideration for promotion to the higher post in his cadre is made in the Authority.
