- (1) This Act may be called the Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur Act, 2012.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 27th August, 2012.
