Repeal and Savings.
The Rajasthan Police Incitement to Disaffection Act, 1979Criminal19799 sections
Statutory text
- (1) The Rajasthan Police (Incitement to Disaffection) Ordinance, 1979 (Ordinance No. 2 of 1979) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
