4. Amendment of section 122-A, Rajasthan Act No. 16 of 2002.-

In section 122-A of the principal Act,-

(i) in clause (e), the existing word “and” appearing at the end shall be deleted;

(ii) for the existing clause (f), the following clauses shall be added, namely:-

“(f) a register of members of society; and (g) such other information, as the Registrar may require, from time to time.”.
