The Rajasnth Universities' Laws (Amendment) Act, 2025

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Universities' Laws (Amendment) Act, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "University Law" means a University Act specified in the Schedule; and

(b) "Schedule" means the Schedule to this Act.

In Hindi version of each of the Universities' Laws as mentioned in Column No. 2 of the Schedule,-

(i) for the existing word “कुलपति”, wherever occuring, the word “कुलगुरु” shall be substituted; and

(ii) for the existing word “प्रतिकुलपति” or “प्रति कुलपति” or “प्रति-कुलपति”, as the case may be, wherever occuring, the word “प्रतिकुलगुरु” shall be substituted.
