The Code Of Civil Procedure (Rajasthan Amendment) Act, 2020

(1) This Act may be called the Code of Civil Procedure (Rajasthan Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

In clause (b) of the proviso to sub-section (1) of the section 60 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act No. 5 of 1908), in its application to the State of Rajasthan, after the existing expression “judgment-debtor is an agriculturist,” and before the existing expression “his milch cattle”, the expression “his agricultural land to the extent of five acres,” shall be inserted.
