Disqualification for membership of an authority

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he-\n(a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;\n(b) is an un-discharged insolvent;\n(c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;\n(d) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or\n(e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
