Statutory text
(1) The Bharatpur Development Authority Ordinance, 2024 (Ordinance No. 2 of 2024) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Bharatpur Development Authority Ordinance, 2024 (Ordinance No. 2 of 2024) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
