3. Amendment in section 251-A, Rajasthan Act No. 3 of 1955.-

In sub-section (1) of section 251-A of the principal Act, after the existing expression "widen an existing way is granted" appearing at the end and before the existing punctuation mark ".", the expression "or in lieu of payment of compensation, on transfer of land in exchange of equal area in the name of such tenant preferably having the same price and adjoining to his land" shall be inserted.
